Red-whiskered Bulbul: Try the residential area directly across Kendall Drive from Baptist Hospital in Miami. Start at SW 87th Ave and Kendall and walk around the neighborhood looking on power line and roof tops. You might see Spot-breasted Oriole here, too.

Black-hooded Parakeet: A couple of weeks ago, I saw several on the roof of the Bass Pro Shop at Griffin and I-95 in Dania. They were perched just above the main entrance, and were also in nearby parking lot trees.

White-winged Parakeet: Try the parking lot behind the American Welding Society building at 550 NW LeJeune Rd. (NW 42nd Ave.) in Miami. They are usually very vocal in the trees there, and just to the north around the Ocean Bank building at LeJeune and NW 7th St.
