We don't agree with the idea of shooting COHA, and don't believe that the hawk has actually caused the numbers of birds in the area to decline. We second Elsa, Jeff, RJ idea that numbers of birds are in decline due to our bad decisions on how to manage our water flow and the irresponsible developers. Development in the last couple of years has done nothing but fragment their habitats. With no development projects that include connective wetlands through their plans has been a major player why our water birds have lost lots of habitat.
Cheers to the Cooper's getting their claws on as many invasive Eurasian Collared-Doves as possible!
