We have quite a few Black-hooded Parakeets in our area (Boca Raton). If you are around here, you can usually find them around Lyons Rd and 3rd street. A good spot, especially in the morning/evenings is at Sandalfoot Cove Park at the intersection of SW 3rd St and Lyons Rd (aka SW 57th Ave).
