Here is a photo of the Bishop from the Publix parking lot. As Bill Pranty mentioned, when these birds are female, immature or in non-breeding plumage they are very difficult to separate from each other.
From my photo and from what I saw with binoculars, it most looks like an Orange Bishop rather than a Yellow Bishop or Red Bishop.
I don't know if my photo is good enough to be 100% certain of the I.D.
I have seen both Yellow Bishops and Orange Bishop in Pet Shops, I am not sure if I have seen Red Bishop. Orange Bishops were much more common than Yellow Bishops.
