The problem here is that these birds, the Superb Starling and the Bishop's weaver are exotics. Generally, we are more concerned with native birds and migrants.
That is the problem.
By the way, a really great place to see a very large collection of exotics is the San Diego Zoo ( hopefully no fires). Trust me, it is wonderful.
