Help to ID Please

Hello all! I was at Green Cay on Friday (Oct 19) and stopped in the Cypress Swamp to watch many warblers (mostly Palm) popping about. At the beginning of the CS this bird caught my eye. I greatly apologize for the horrendous photos, but it was getting dark due to an impending storm and I didn't change my camera settings to compensate, hence slow shutter speed. Plus the little fella/gal just would not sit still for me, so I ended up focusing on the tree instead.
