Break right at first junction. Travel se then the trail goes east for a short distance. Then it makes a 90 degree turn to the south. At that point (let's say the tip of the triangle) look straight off the tip which is slightly north of east and gaze out about 50-7 feet into the alligator flag. The bird is most visible when coming and going nest building which I figure now is about over. You'd probably need a scope to see her head in the "flag"...the nest is well concealed and we only detected it because she was plumping it up with sticks before she sat down and then he went out of sight except for the top of her head. I wouldn't kill myself trying to see this one.

Hurrah for the GB. Second year. The bobcat is gone now. A real treat there for a month or two.

How's the warbler activity? Dying down a little?

By the way; the name is Wakodahatchee. Hope to see your there soon. Carol/Ellie and I are going up to the WPB park where the Golf course is this sunday at 7:00 AM . going to try one last time for painted buntings up close. Then on to Lox wildlife area, maybe back to Wakodahatchee if the other two don't pan out.
