Bell's Vireo

I saw a Bell's Vireo at the Annex yesterday about two power poles north of the speed bump on the west side of the road. I am not sure if this is the same bird that I found a while back. I have attached a photo showing what a pain this bird is to see or to get a picture of. It is a very sneaky bird that is very skittish as well.
