Dan, the primaries on this bird are way too long for an empid. This is an Eastern Wood-pewee. That said, the eye-ring is rather pronounced for a wood-pewee, looking more instead like a Least Flycatcher (rather than an Alder, Willow, or Acadian). None-the-less, it is still an Eastern Wood-pewee, in my opinion. Others are welcomed to join in and comment.
