Thanks - but this did not look like any yellow-throated I have seen - no body striping, no obvious wing bars, and a paler yellow throat. Just a subtle stripe (dark and white) through the eye area, a yellow throat/bib, and the rest of the front and underside whitish. The cap and back were darker but I could not pick up the color well. I was tempted to think it was a palm at first, but the behavior was all wrong.
