Looks like a young Spot-breasted Oriole.

Notice the yellow extending onto the wing (rules out Yellow Grosbeak). Among resident birds here, I think that leaves only Spot-breasted Oriole. Western Tanager has this mark, but the bird doesn't strike me as a tanager.

I don't see that the bill is grosbeak-like (or finch-like). Looks ok for oriole.
