Hi - I live in North Palm Beach, and saw a really unusual bird this morning. It was the size and shape of a warbler, with a bright orange beak. It was black and white: black crown and eye patch, black wing tips, white elsewhere. The really unusual feature was the 8 inch long tail. It was a fairly assertive bird, not afraid of the pigeons, doves, grackles, squirrels etc.
I know we are about to get some great migrating birds.
Any ideas of the identification?
