Rain, rain, go away. Come again... NOT!
I m soaked thru and thru
Well it was very exciting to see one of the Fabulous Four this morning just before 11:00am. The Male Cerulean is a life bird for me. I no longer have reason to complain.... although I would still like to see at least one more of the FAB FOUR.
I hate the look I got as it was back lit and had no opportunity to photograph the bird due to continued heavy rain falling as I tried. I have always imagined seeing the Cerulean in good light and be able to appreciate the Cerulean Blue color of the bird.
I moved to the doorway of the men s room due to the rain and began calling the birds/pishing. Soon I had a number of species come check me out, but I didn't get another look at the Cerulean. I'm sure it's not going anywhere today but I don't know if I will be able to sort through all the Red Starts and Black-throated Blues filtering through the trees in the rain and find the bird again.
