With a couple of caveats (haven't had my coffee or looked at a field guide), I'm going to go a head stick my neck out. The skinny little black legs seem to belong to a warbler. The yellow on the rump doesn't look bright enough to be a Yellow-rump or a Magnolia, a Palm would be yellow on the undertail coverts as well. I think I'm seeing some streaks on the side of the breast. I'm going with Cape May. If that yellow is just a result of the flash making a green back look odd, then I'm going with Ovenbird, because that thing looks like a serious porker, but the legs don't look right for Mr Oven.
