We have come to the conclusion that we believe it is a Imm. Red Shouldered Hawk. The short wings and long tail, the burnt orange coloration in the frontal pose pic. also leads us to say RSH. One of the pics. show one of the RS field marks the translucent crescent across the birds primaries. An important field mark to look for when the bird is in flight. Hope this helps you.
