Funny you should mention that, because I was at the C111E on Tuesday and had a small flock of birds land in a treetop above me.
My first impression was immediately WAXWING!
But they had light belly with a marked darker tail where it is usually red on a waxwing.
The flight posture and body size were right.
Looking at Sibley later, I think they may have been juvenile waxwings.
Later that day , I had a brief glimpse of another flock, same type of bird over by the Fruit and Spice Park.
