We couldn't resist headed out to Barnes after I got out of work.
Good thing we did because we saw a good amount of birds from about 5:50pm to 7:16pm around the lake area. The Baltimore Oriole and Summer Tanagers we saw were beautiful. There were more White Ibis around the lake then we have ever seen.

Here is the list of what we saw this afternoon:

2 Baltimore Oriole
3 Summer Tanager
3 Red-bellied Warbler
232 White Ibis
1 Belted Kingfisher
1 Tri-colored Heron
2 Great Egret
1 Cattle Egret
4 Common Moorhen
1 Fish Crow
25 Muscovy Duck
2 European Starling
3 Red-winged Blackbird
1 Osprey (flying overhead)
3 Prairie Warbler
2 Worm-eating Warbler
1 Yellow-throated Warbler
4 Black-throated Blue Warbler
5 American Redstart
15 Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
3 Northern Parula
5 Red-eyed Vireo
1 Ovenbird
4 Blue Jay
1 Cooper's Hawk
2 Lilac-crowned Parrot

Looking forward to the TAS walk on Sunday at Matheson!

Nature is Awesome!
