There is only one record of the Hooded Oriole in Florida: one at a feeder at Gulf Breeze (extreme western Panhandle) in Oct 2002.
Are you aware that both juvenile and immature Spot-breasted Orioles do not have spots on the breast?
If you're sure of the sighting, please obtain a photograph or videotape, as this would be an extremely significant sighting.
