It is an outrage to kill the Purple Swamp Hens. When they first were discovered in Pembroke Pines, birders from all over came to see those birds. What kind of damage are they doing? Are we going to start killing all the parrots and the Monk Parakeets (also exotic species)? I think they are beautiful and they seem to belong, they are so much like the Purple Gallinule.
