We searched it and yes that is exactly what we saw a female Great Eclectus. That was probably an escaped pet. It was beautiful...we definately had never seen one of those before.
We wish we could have gotten a better picture but the lighting was not the best.
We actually saw her flying above the trees near the boardwalk calling out while we were on the trail on Tuesday but only got a quick glimpse as she flew above the canopy. Today we sat under the tree she was perched on observing her for a few minutes after sunset.
