The Wilson's Phalarope continues at Cutler Wetlands; it was seen this morning among dowitchers on the SW 224 Street side of the wetlands. Seven American Avocets were also present, as were Stilt, Pectoral, Semipalmated and Least Sandpipers, both Yellowlegs, Semipalmated Plover, Killdeer and Black-necked Stilt.
