In Broward in the morning I saw a few dozen swallows over my house. Into the sun, they simply looked dark, but with the sun on them, they appeared golden. So I would guess barn swallows, except it could just have been the lighting and I didn't think their tails looked particularly forked. Of course, they zipped by pretty quickly. I ruled out martins, so maybe rough-winged?
