Prothonatory Warbler

I am 90% sure I saw this Today at Evergreen Cemetery, When it fanned its tail it looked like it had vertical white stripes in the tail. It also was in some low foliage and would stand on a little twig and put his head down like a nuthatch to get at something below it. Does this sound like a reasonable ID for this place and time of year. I would like to be 100% sure before I count this lifer for me.
