Here is a link to a site that has maps for the Atlantic, Central, Mississippi, and Pacific Flyways. Click on the Maps for a larger look.
I did not find any species list with the maps to show what species and when they migrate. I hope this information helps you. There is information on the FWS.gov site about migration just search (migration).
