Early Palm Warbler Collier County

I was shocked to see a Palm Warbler in my yard this morning picking off insects from my bottlebrush tree outside my window. This the earliest record I have for this returning migrant for Collier County. Anyone else seeing them? Also seen was a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher this past Sunday, August 12th.
