Hi Everyone
Today we headed out to Black Point Marina to do a little fishing, when on our way we decided that we would make a stop at the wetlands. It was around 4 pm and as soon as we stepped out of our car a Osprey circled overhead. Shortly after we got to see one Osprey dive the water. We saw a total of 4 Osprey at the wetlands. 3 circling and 1 sitting at a tree top calling out. There was no Flamingo but many other shorebirds to enjoy.

4 Osprey
1 Forster's Tern
3 Black-nedcked Stilt
7 Killdeer
1 Green Heron
1 Great Blue Heron
2 Snowy Egret
7 Great Egret
8 Mottled Duck
5 Glossy Ibis
10 White Ibis
20 Red-winged Blackbird
2 Lesser Yellowlegs
3 Short-billed Dowitcher
1 Anhinga
3 Common Moorhen
1 Laughing Gull
10 Herring Gull
15 Ring-billed Gull
20 Tree Swallows
There were more in the distance that we could not focus...also
25 Boat-tailed Grackle (on the top of houses on the east side)

While we were fishing on the jetty at Black Point Marina we witnessed 2 Belted Kingfisher fighting over a mangrove island.
We have never seen 2 Kingfisher so close together.
