Forster's Tern?

Susan Schneider,Bill Boeringer and I were at Cutler wetlands this morning looking for the Flamingo (not there). Just after Susan left we saw a gull/tern fly over a few times, then leave.
Our initial impression was Bonaparte's Gull, but upon reviewing the video, I can see that it is a tern. Although I would love for this to be a White-winged, I think it's a (juvenile ?) Forster's. The main problem is that the feet are definitely black. What is the consensus?
