I forgot to mention the sighting time: 10:30am.
Only a few gulls were present when I first arrived at 8:30am, so the large group arrived sometime between about 9:00, when I left to check out some of the other lakes, and 10:30.
: I saw the Glaucous Gull at the lake on Powerline Road north of the Pompano Beach Landfill. It was among a large group of gulls, including Great and Lesser Black-backed Gulls.
