Tufted titmice

Hi y'all.

Again, my ignorance of South Florida bird populations rears its head. This past week, I was at Corckscrew Sanctuary. I found a small (4) flock of ratty looking Tufted Titmice. I have een Toe mention this species, but I don't know how common or rare they may be. Can anyone comment??
