Shorebird variety has increased in the last two days, with some FOTS birds, for me at least. No great numbers, but there are probably two dozen Least Sandpipers. Almost all the activity is in the southeast quadrant along 97th Ave. Seen in two brief stops late yesterday and today:

Semipalmated Plover (~5)
Solitary Sandpiper (FOTS)
Spotted Sandpiper
Greater Yellowlegs
Lesser Yellowlegs (~12)
Long-billed Dowitcher (2, FOTS)
Short-billed Dowitcher (8)
Stilt Sandpiper (FOTS)
Pectoral Sandpiper (4, FOTS and Year Bird)
Western Sandpiper (2, FOTS)
Least Sandpiper (~two dozen)
Semipalmated Sandpiper (FOTS)
Killdeer (many)
Black-necked Stilt (many, but declining since a few weeks ago)

The Black-bellied Whistling Ducks are still in the area, with two coming in from the east and landing in the SW corner of the wetlands today. Yesterday, while Trey and I unsuccessfully scanned the wastewater treatment plant ponds trying to relocate the Black Tern, 4 Black-bellieds flew south towards Dump Marsh. I'm back in Shorebird Mode; bring on the Sod Farms!

Cheers!
