Last year we placed a cage of Zebra Finches (2 birds) in the front part of my house in Kendall. When I got home from work my parents told me that a bird was trying to get into the cage. I waited a few minutes and the shrike showed up. It was trying hard to get into the cage and get the finches. I chased it away but it came back within a few minutes. After chasing it away again it just flew a few meters and stared at me, waiting for me to leave. I had to put the cage in the back porch.
