mediterranean house geckos the ones that are kind of grey-translucent, and in my house at least like to run around the ceiling at night, are prodigious egg layers. I have found them in pots outside,in containers and any other quiet,dry undisturbed area they can find.
I have never seen a sticky one.
Joel you can take a flashlight and "candle the eggs".Put the egg onto the lens of the light (in a dark place, and see if you see anything.
Most likely they will be dead in the shell and therefore black blobs that will be unidentifiable.
Or if they were actually some bird that had viable eggs, you may find bird parts...
let us know what you find please.
