The Glaucous Gull is floating in a raft of nearly
2,000 Laughing, Ring-billed, Herring, Lesser Black-backed and Great Black-backed Gulls. It is in the lake described by Paul Bithorn. When
heading north on Powerline Road, go l.2 mile (Amoco station on right) and turn left (west) into the north side of United Rentals/Supermix Concrete -- which has 1803-1817 on top of a sign. The lake can be viewed from that corner. You can get closer (on foot) by going along the lakeside of the wall to scope the gulls.
