I live in Weston, many years ago I took birders from the Audubon Society into the 2000 acre mitigation area. When Weston became a city they prevented people from going into those areas and "no trespassing" signs are posted. I have never been told why we no longer can access those areas.
Can you tell me which area you went into, thanks.
