The Bird Board only reports vagrant birds from the coast for the protection of the inland breeding population. I believe that advertising breeding sites, especially ones in protected area's could have destructive effects on the breeding success. I personally would not want to encourage the harassment of these wonderful birds by revealing their nesting sites. Not all birders make ethical decisions and I hope you understand the desire to keep these extraordinary birds safe.
