Could these be the missing Macaws?

These gorgeous creatures have been roosting in a palm tree [location deleted]. Same place I spotted the white crowned pigeon.
I have to apologize for the quality of the photo but I had to use the 300mm with a 2X teleconverter hand held and in very bad light.
