Alex, the newest member to S.A.P., or "Saw-A-Panther" club, welcome!

My first was at that cheesy little food joint on the left side entering the Park just before the big turn that heads west toward Lucky Hammock. The place stands alone and has farm fields all around. Back in '58 it was underbrush both sides of the road but that little place was there dishing out food when they felt like it. The panther strolled across the road from west to east and stopped to look at me....I stopped the old 49 plymouth and kept the animal in the headlights (about 6:00 AM) for 2 minutes before it walked away. You never forget the first sighting. Treasure it.
