Plain Pigeon in P.R.

Hi y'all!

Just returned from P.R., and I have a question about the range of Plain Pigeon on the island. I managed to find one at El Yunque, and I believe this may represent either an out of range bird, which brings the possibility of range expansion. Whom should I contact, in regards to the eds. of the area in N.A.B.? Thanks.
