Take I-95 to Palm Beach County and take the Hypoluxo Rd Exit and go east, less than a mile. It will be on the South side. It is a very nice scrub area, but I have never encountered a scrub jay there. The only time I have seen a scrub jay in Palm Beach County was in Jupiter.
