They were coming to a feeder in Coral Gables. After the Hurricanes 2 years ago, as many as 13 showed up on a regular basis. Karen was going thru 50 pound bags every 2 weeks. AS of a month ago , the "regulars" have disappeared. I normally have 3 to 5 that visit my pet macaws which I allow to be free in my back yard. Haven't seen the wild ones in a month either. The two nest sites I know of are not occupied. We're all worried about poaching, a disease, etc.
