I haven't encountered any mosquitoes lately anywhere in South Florida, including Flamingo, Key Largo, Shark Valley, and Biscayne National Park. In fact, we haven't had mosquitoes at their normal levels since before hurricane Wilma. It's nice, but makes me wonder what's going on.
