Just want to clarify that this is Convoy Point, at SW 328 St, BNP headquarters, NOT the jetty trail at Black Point. Directions to park headquarters on http://www.nps.gov/bisc
I really do not know if the bird will stick around with the pedestrian traffic being what it is on a long weekend. Good luck.
