Nutmeg Mannikin

Sadowski Park had four Nutmeg Mannikins, not much else was there. The birds have a nest near the canal where they nested last year. It looks like it is the same nest as last year and it looks like it is getting a makeover. Blue Jays were near the nest which may not be good for the Mannikins. Here is a photo of one of the Mannikins followed by a photo of the nest.
