I guess I missed everyone, but I couldn't get there sooner. I found two White-rumped Sandpipers in the biggest pond while scanning from the east side of the wetlands (97 Ave side) along with about 15 Semipalmated Sandpipers. The corner of the retention ditch to the east side of 97 Ave had a couple of Least Sandpipers and about 20 Semipalmated Plovers. The Wigeon was way out in the middle of the channel in the wetlands, and was best seen with the scope from the north side where there is a gravelly area in the shoulder. From the apartments parking lot, near the SW corner of the wetlands, I found the 3 Stilt Sandpipers, one each of the Yellowlegs, a solitary Solitary Sandpiper (hee, hee) and a Least Bittern that made a quick flyover from one grassy area to another. The Roseate Spoonbill was seen from this location also out near the middle, between the grassy areas. Looks like this is the tail end to a very nice migration. I hope anyone that hasn't seen the White-rumps or the Stilt Sandpipers in breeding plumage gets a chance in the next day or two. Bring a scope.

Farewell spring migrants, and we thank you.
