mourning warbler in boynton beach

well migrants finally showed up but the best was a first year breeeding mourning warbler(see warblers of the world=small black spot on upper chest)--the SURPRISE was it was in my 10 foot by 30 foot back yard 5 feet from my back window along with 2 blackpolls 1 f com yeo throat and 2 f redstarts--why they came to these bushes in a sea of green lawn is beyond me but very welcome
