What a nice park! I had never been there before but as Alex Harper has already posted, we saw quite a good selection of birds on 4/22. Several were birds I had never seen before. I finally got a great look at two Indigo Buntings (male) that I have been looking for since starting the TAS walks 9/06. At first, he sat in the open on a small twig for a split second before hiding in the bushes. I decided to return 15 min. later and there he was feeding in clear view on the ground. Another Indigo was sitting above him in a shrub. What a exciting day!
