Tern ID help at Green Cay

Hi,

I forgot to mention in yesterday's post about Green Cay that upon parking in the lot, I observed a Royal/Caspian tern flying east for a brief second. I also guessed that I might see it again from the boardwalk, so didn't bother looking closer.

Does anyone know if Royal Tern is possible at Green Cay, or anywhere that far inland? Although I didn't keep the Green Cay checklist, the Wakodahatchee checklist only has Caspian on it. So can this bird safely be called a Caspian?

I also saw a Common Myna pair at the large Publix on Southern Blvd, just south of the West Palm Beach airport. I hadn't heard of any reported from this area in my months of watching the birdboard.

Thank you in advance about the tern,

Brendan F
