There's a spot on the Blueridge Parkway in Virginia that you can get Cerulean for sure. I don't remember the name of the stop, but I will try to find out. When I was there in late May of 01 we had several Ceruleans. Also had Black-capped Chickadee somewhere up there. If you wan't to go further, go to Paddy's Nob in Highlands County. I had Black-billed Cuckoo and a singing Mourning Warbler within 200 ft of each other. Also had two Golden-wings that morning. A trip back is on the to-do list.
