Russal MacGregor and I found a Bahama Mockingbird at Evergreen Cemetery yesterday morning. The bird was on the east side/middle of the cemetery just north of where the sand pile was. The sand pile is gone but you can still see the sand there. It was feeding along the bank in some Brazilian Pepper. The bird was there again this morning. Sorry for the late post but I was waiting on confirmation from someone with more experience with Bahama Mockingbirds. Better views this morning left no doubt.
Mark Berney relocated(?) the Western Spindalis(green back) this morning in the large Ficus Tree on the southeast corner.
Evergreen Cemetery is located in Ft. Lauderdale a few blocks east of US 1. The entrance gates begin at the corner of SE 10th Ave. and SE 14th Ave.
