Hey birders! I finally have some time to go birdwatching thanks to spring break. Yesterday and today I have been birdwatching Matheson Hammmock and the service road. Today in the morning there was a small fallout at the restroom area at Matheson Hammock. These are the sightings for both days:

Swallow-tailed Kite - 4
Short-tailed Hawk - 1
Broad-winged Hawk - 4
Blue-headed Vireo - 2
Cedar Waxwing - plenty
Northern Parula - 5
Black-throated Green Warbler - 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler - couple
Palm Warbler - 7
Prairie Warbler - plenty
Black-and-white Warbler - 1
American Redstart - 1
Worm-eating Warbler - 1
Painted Bunting - 1 female (at the end of the service road)

Great birding!
